Pricing questions
How does ingest-based pricing work?
You pay for the volume of telemetry you send, not per seat. Most teams find it cheaper than per-host metrics pricing once they add logs and traces.
What counts as a host?
A host is any machine, container, or serverless concurrency unit sending data. We bill on the daily average, not the peak.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are prorated to the day.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available on Team and Enterprise with a discount. Talk to us for a quote.
